Some of the most important inclinations we have in life are determined by what we value and the goals we set to achieve them. Early in our lives, we valued educational goals and then set about to establish meaningful careers. We went through the mate-choosing dance, and expended great amounts of effort raising our families. We grew in the process and helped others. Now in the autumn of our lives, the so-called golden years, our goals have changed. The most important goal now should be to maintain our quality of life to keep the golden years golden. What we ingest has a great deal of influence on our excellence of later health.
